Our main casting manufacturing equipment including: Static pressure molding automatic line of Jiangsu Foundry Co., Ltd.; Dongjiu box-free molding line; Baoding Will 90-ton/h and Qingdao 130-ton/h sand processing systems; medium-frequency melting electric furnaces. 

Machining equipment including: more than 800sets multiple size CNC center, high-precision numerical control machine tools.

Main inspection equipment including: British imported direct reading spectroscope, infrared carbon sulfur analyzer, 3-coordinate measuring instrument and whole-set sand testing instrument.

We owned high technical working team, good R&D ability  allow us expand quickly in OEM market. Now we owned many world famours overseas customers include, Nissan, Terex, Vermeer etc. Our product exported to US, Japan, South Korear, Singapore, Thailand etc.

Our quality system has passed ISO/TS 16949:2002 certificate.

Our Fork Lift Axle ASSY passed US Nissan quality audit in 2004. Now has 10000sets manufacturing capacity a year, serve both US Nissan and Japan Nissan fork lift company.
