Our casting factory founded in 2008, is a large-scale auto parts manufacturing company. We are specialized in manufacturing chassis parts for heavy duty vehicle, special vehicle and passenger cars both in domestic and international markets. Our yearly sales value reach 60million USD.

Our main casting manufacturing equipment include: Static pressure molding automatic line of Jiangsu Foundry Co., Ltd.; Dongjiu box-free molding line; Baoding Will 90-ton/h and Qingdao 130-ton/h sand processing systems; medium-frequency melting electric furnaces. 

Machining equipment including: more than 800sets multiple size CNC center, high-precision numerical control machine tools.

Our inspection equipment include: British imported direct reading spectroscope, infrared carbon sulfur analyzer, 3-coordinate measuring instrument and whole-set sand testing instrument.

We owned high technical working team, good R&D ability  allow us expand quickly in OEM market. Now we owned many world famours overseas customers include, Nissan, Terex, Vermeer etc. Our product exported to US, Japan, South Korear, Singapore, Thailand etc.

Our main products including a series of rear axle cases, a series of differential and reducing cases, a series of wheel hubs and brake hubs, a series of steering machine supports, a series of flywheel cases and equalizing suspensions, etc.

Our quality system has passed ISO/TS 16949:2002 certificate.

Inquiry--technique communcation--quotation--order releasing--tooling open--tooling trial--trial production--samples approval--batch production.

The developing cycle is about 4-6months.
